Our 20-passenger minibus offers just a bit more seating than the 18-passenger version, making it a flexible choice for midsize groups traveling anywhere in or around Carmel. This model is popular for school outing transportation to places like The Palladium or Midtown Plaza, corporate shuttles between office parks along the Meridian Corridor, or wedding guest transfers between ceremony and reception venues. It features comfortable forward-facing seats, powerful air conditioning, overhead reading lights, and a simple PA system for announcements. There’s space for luggage in the rear of the cabin, and the wide entry door makes boarding quick and easy. We often run well-known models like the Grech Motors GM33 or Turtle Top VT3, both of which are praised for their smooth ride and reliability on short regional routes.

For large groups, our 56-passenger motorcoach is the gold standard. This full-size charter bus seats up to 56 people comfortably and comes loaded with amenities: reclining high-back seats, individual reading lights, powerful climate control, overhead parcel racks, and multiple flat-screen video monitors with DVD capability. There are large undercarriage luggage bays for bulky items and carry-on storage inside the cabin. Several forward-facing seats offer USB/power outlets for device charging, and there’s a full PA system for announcements or guided tours. We run several of the most popular and reliable models in the industry, including the Prevost H3-45, Van Hool CX45, and MCI J4500—each known for smooth highway performance, quiet interiors, and easy boarding via wide entry stairs. These coaches are ideal for moving big groups to downtown Indianapolis events, multi-day school trips, or moving an entire wedding guest list between venues.
